The Kota Jug is handmade from glazed terracotta and is inspired by the Japanese Wabi-Sabi concept where Wabi means stillness, and Sabi means simplicity. The irregularity of the washed finish is what makes this piece so special. A unique addition to any kitchen decor.

Customers have 14 days upon receiving their package to request a return and refund.

Once the request has been accepted, customers have another 14 days to return the item/s back to us before their refund is processed.

Once we have received your item/s, the return will be processed within 3 working days and a refund issued to the payment method originally used to make the purchase.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item/s is faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.
Please note that we may refuse a refund if the item is returned in a different, or worse, condition then when it was sent; the item/s must be unused and in their original condition.
